  • Choose a goal you can feel passionate about. So many people choose goals just because they sound good or other people they know are doing it. Instead, choose something YOU want to achieve. Pick something that YOU value. It makes the journey that much more powerful – and it increases your chances for success!
  • Brainstorm. If you’re having a hard time narrowing down your resolution, don’t worry – most people do! Sit down and write down what you want to accomplish in the next year.
